All sinks are shipped LTL (Less Than Load) freight. The cost of shipping is included in the price shown on the site.
We require a physical address to ship our sinks. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
Products are readily available to be shipped nationwide from our
distribution center headquartered in CA. Products are shipped from inventory. If product is not available, we will contact you with expected leadtime.

Return Policy
The Sink Brothers guarantees all kitchen fixtures against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product in its original installation so long as the original consumer owns his or her home. Normal wear and tear such as gloss reduction due to poor cleaning practices or hard water conditions, scratching, and staining are not to be confused with defects such as chips, burns, and cracks. Any item proven defective will be replaced with a new fixture. No labor or other consequential charges will be allowed. Please contact service@thesinkbrothers.com for return authorization.
